Indian Government is all set to release a new Tablet for Indian students for classes 1 to 12 named e-Tutor. It is announced by Sam Pitroda, advisor to Prime Minister - Manmohan Singh. It is the first cloud-based tablet in India for school students.

e-Tutor Tablet is priced at Rs. 7, 500 inclusive of content. It is being expected that e-Tutor will be made available in the market from April onwards.

The e-Tutor Tablet will be introduced jointly by Technopark and Oztern Technology. There is a buzz that e-Tutor will be the first complete solution for education. Students can access the lecture of their classroom through the gadget.

Internet will be made safer through the synchronization module in e-Tutor Tablet for the students. Students may be able to experience cloud computing technology through the tablet.

Students may able to download their lessons through the personalized Tablet PC. There will be new content everyday through a unique cloud - tablet synch mechanism.

Cloud computing is a new technology to use internet and central remote servers to maintain data and applications. The technology allows people to use applications without installation and access their personal files at any computer with internet access.

Recently, a research came in light about iSlate which is an electronic notepad. It is being developed by the scientists from Singapore. It is a low-cost power stingy tablet for children in rural India. They can charge the device using solar energy.

"Ding Wen is only 9 years old guy but he has created a history for iPhone. Apple iPhone users always remembered that child when they download a free application for their iPhone. Ding Wen is famous for making an application for Apple iPhone.

Ding Wen achievement is Doodle Kids which is a painting program to create drawing on iPhone in different coloure and shapes. Users of iPhone can touch their finger on touch-screen to make a fantastic design.

Ding Wen is a student of Primary 4 at Lianhua Primary School. The program had been written by him last year but it has been adopted for iPhone this year recently. It is only two weeks when he uploaded the application online for iPhone users and it is absolutely free.

The painting application has been downloaded more than 4,000 times till now. Most of the downloading comes from US. It is the great achievement by a kid whose name is Ding Wen because it is the time of playing for any guy. From my point of view the guy is extraordinary.

Ding Wen announced in news paper that he had written the program for his sister, “I wrote the program for my younger sisters, who like to draw. But I am happy that people like it.”
